Whether you're a multi-time mega champion like Amelia Boone or just getting started on your fitness journey, we all know one thing for sure: motivation is everything! And what's one of the best ways to get motivated?
...A killer playlist, obviously!! Music literally makes us want to move. There's a bunch of science behind this which we won't delve into too much detail about right now, but the image below basically sums up the basic idea:
So...this is a resource to collect awesome workout playlists from all over: so you can find them all in one place, and then go crush your training. Playlists sourced from other sites/individuals will have a link right back to their origin, to give them credit and also so that you can see what other great stuff they might have!
The content skews toward OCR athletes, (because duh, "Fierce Gear OCR"), but we are all about cross-training and don't discriminate: anything that gets you out there and healthy, living your best life, is a "go" from us!
Feel free to share this resource with anyone you think would benefit from having a ton of killer WOD song suggestions at their fingertips.
Ready?? Let's go!!!
This playlist changes BPM relatively frequently, so might not be ideal if you're looking for a consistent BPM to help with your running. And it's a little bit all over the place, because it's just a random assortment of songs that Katie enjoys - for various reasons. But she personally loves it, and thinks you might too.

What it really comes down to is this: the body can only achieve as much as your mind believes it can. This fitness journey is a long one - meaning you have to be in it for the long haul - and all the ups and downs that comes with it. It takes dedication, and time, and the willingness to accept setbacks as they come or adapt accordingly when necessary.
But with a positive attitude, (and a killer playlist), you can literally take on the world. Repeat that - and believe it - and you will be unstoppable.
So lace up those sneakers. Grab some water. Queue up a few songs that get you ready to rock.
And ALWAYS remember: to live FIERCE and enjoy the ride.
Katie
