  1. For each event where you want to do Venue Fuel Pickup, check the tab to see all the info on dates/meeting times/etc.
  2. Be sure to order your Venue Fuel Pickup before the date indicated by the "VENUE FUEL ORDER DEADLINE". Orders for Venue Fuel Pickup will NOT be accepted after this date, and you will be sent a follow-up email with the option to either pay to have the fuel shipped to your house, or the option of a refund.
  3. Select your fuel, and during Checkout at Shipping select the Shipping option that corresponds to the venue/event where you want to pick up your fuel. (This code can be found on the tab here at "VENUE FUEL CODE AT SHIPPING").
  4. Along with your Order Confirmation, you will receive a follow-up email with pickup instructions. If there is a conflict with being able to pick up your fuel on time in the window specified, please let us know and we will be happy to work with you to get you what you need!

Q: What If I Can't Make It To The Fuel Pickup In The Window/Location Specified?

A: We know race weekends are crazy, and stuff comes up! Reach out to us directly via email and we will do whatever we can to work with you and find you to deliver your race fuel before your event.

Q: What If I Miss Fuel Pickup And It Is Too Late To Get It Before My Race?

A: If you miss your fuel pickup we will shoot you an email and give you a choice: if you still want the fuel we can ship it to your house, or we are happy to give you a full refund.

Q: My (friend/spouse/race buddy) will be at the venue before I will. Can they else pick my Race Fuel up for me?

A: Sure! Just shoot us an email at FierceGearOCR@gmail.com letting us know your friend's name, to ensure we don't accidentally give your fuel away to a stranger :)

Q: I have a (friend/spouse/race buddy) who didn't order from you in time, but I told them about this awesome program and they want a fuel hookup too! Will you have any extra stuff with you?

A: No worries...we'd be glad to help if we can! We will have a limited selection of inventory on-hand at the event for last-minute fill-ins just like this. But don't worry: it'll be some of our best-selling/most effective stuff, so hopefully we will have something to cover your needs.
